We are delighted to work with you. While each order is a little different, here are the most common next steps.

1. Once we receive your order, we will review for accuracy and contact you if we are missing any details.

2. You will receive an automated email with instructions on how to submit your audio masters and artwork using our templates. (If you need help with artwork, you will have an opportunity to work with our designer for an upcharge).

3. Once we receive your art files using our templates, you will receive pre-production proofs.

4. Once reviewed and approved we will push your order to production. Most orders are ready to ship within 7-10 days after approval.

5. After production, we will contact you to set up shipping and final invoice including overages and shipping costs.

US prices DO NOT include any overages or shipping. In some cases, taxes will be also billed separately. These will be billed separately, as applicable, when your order is ready to ship. All orders subject to 10% overrun/underrun.
